Europe: We assume a late-May reopening.

Spain note: On May 26, Spain revised their deaths downwards by nearly 2,000 from 28,752 to 26,834 deaths.On June 19, Spain added 1,179 deaths, raising the total from 27,136 to 28,315 deaths.
